"I was WAT Kolkata officer for the year 2020 and I must say it was such a wonderful experience to be a part of this group. It is kind of pride to say that I was the first officer for Kolkata and kicked off first WAT meetup in Kolkata. During my tenure I have participated in few events like Narrathon, Agility Today conference 2020, Agile Coach Camp, Atlassian community event and so on. Being a part of WAT gave me lot of learning opportunities. As I was leading Agile Coach Camp 2020, I got to learn how to conduct such coach camp end to end. Deepti's guidance and support was extremely valuable. WAT is a superb platform to promote women in agile and tech space. It doesn't discriminate whether you are senior or junior, it treats all as equal and gives ample opportunity for growth."
