Women In Agile and Tech is a collective effort to the bridge gap and create platform for more women and non-binary voices, providing a path to support and amplify a diverse and empowered community. It’s a platform where one woman helps another to build a sustainable network that extends the support year round, to women and allies within their network. No matter what your background is, we recognize and embrace your uniqueness. We strive to provide you with inspiration, education and opportunities. Reaching out to universities to share our programs, invite participation from them, and understand how we can offer our paid services to them.
Members Engagement Officer
Engaging day-to-day with “The Tribe” initiatives, spinning off daily contests, motivitational msgs, information out next set of events/programs, responding to queries of officers.
Reaching out to different people and groups in community, share about WAT and bring them to join WAT.
Seek sponsorship so WAT can help organizations fulfill their Women and D&I goals.
Reaching out to corporates, for spreading W.A.T.’s vision, and inviting them to collaborate with us. This collaboration can be in the form of sourcing new speakers (Wo/men both, building relationship with different organizations), Coaches, Job opportinities, Sponsorship, Venue for our event, Logistics etc. More like creating Alliances and brining resources for our initiatives. Also, take our WAT officers to various corporates and deliver talks, promote WAT & them, and build relationship.
One can always start as learner, and volunteering is that step in joining and serviing via W.A.T. Enthusiasts who interact with various WAT initiave based communities to make the initiatives available to all who are interested and across the globe. They would also be part of the group to bring in the folks from under priviledged/under utilised sections of the society and work force

We have been running this forum – Women in Agile and Tech, since 2018, and in the past 5 years, we have worked with 25 officers in this team, who have further worked with many global leaders and teams to run W.A.T. Webinars, Meetups, Programs and Initiatives.
