At present, wearing multiple hats - the first - a Agile Transformation & Organization Development (OD) Consultant, the second - a Leadership Coach, the second and the third, a Capability Builder & Mentor for coaches & change agents.

Integrating essence, practices and ways of working of Agile-Lean Methodologies, Coaching, Organization Development, Human Process Work, Adaptive Change and Systems in order to:

(1) Fit-to-purpose transformation and adaptive change, that enables individuals, teams, and organisations to balance excellent business outcomes & effectiveness, along with mindset shifts by partnering with client and people through various phases: assessment, design of interventions to the capability transfer

(2) Institutionalise competency and capability building for coaches that focuses on thought leadership to to co-create meaningful holistic shifts in organisations
